Speak to Julia Brown in media for help with content and presentation

6.      Fairtrade Fortnight

Sue had produced a check our Faritrade planning guide with ideas and options.  After much discussion it was felt it would be good to link up with any other events taking place and go out into the community rather than having one larger event in the centre.   The idea of using the Leisure depts caravans from the sea front was one possibility and Leigh Beth will speak to Sheila Bennett.  A working party will be set up to move the ideas forward.

(Cllr Langford left the meeting at this point to attend another meeting).
